The Contract Packer shall not adopt or use any name ,corporate name ,trading name ,title of establishment or other commercial designation which includes any of the Trade Marks, or any name that is confusingly similar to any of them, or any graphic or visual representation of the Trade Marks or any other trade mark or intellectual property owned by the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.

合同的包装商不能批准或是使用任何名称、公司名称、商业名称、企业标题、任何包含商标的商业设计、任何混淆的类似相关的名称、任何图形或的视觉的商标代表或是未经公司事先书面同意，所属公司的任何商标和知识产权。
